dad: moe said he goes his vaccine so he’s all set
me: what about larry? (forgetting my dad actually has a friend larry)
mom: *grinning because she knows what i’m getting at*
dad: larry hasn’t gotten it yet (and neither has my dad)
mom: *chuckling because not only is my dad not getting my amazing joke yet but also because she knows something i don’t know*
me: what about... CURLY?!
dad: curly?
me: moe, larry, the cheese!
dad: *lets out a huge laugh* OH MAN I didn’t even get it when you said larry! that’s great! moe larry curly!
mom: *laughing so hard she’s crying* but his friend’s name is bo!
dad: wait what?
me: wait whuuut?
mom: you guys are both dorks! as soon as she said larry i knew she’d misheard bo for moe and she was doing a 3 stooges joke but you’re such a dork that you didn’t get it at all until she explained what she was doing!
