  • I tweaked my knee a few days ago.
  • I sat weird when I was unboxing new products Friday and Saturday at the shop so my lower back is compressed and hurts.
  • I bruised my lower (inner? not the outside part but the inner part that your bone touches when you rest your arm on a chair) elbow over the bone, which is making it difficult to use my right arm, especially bending it.

My mom and I went shopping this morning for dog stuff now that we have Roo, and my back hurt the whole time we were shopping, then as I got into the truck, I twisted the knee weird, my right arm lost its strength as I was pulling myself up into the truck with it, and as I fell into the seat (because it was either fall out or in) my back was not happy with the sudden thump down onto the seat.

So yeah, I’m feeling old today.

But Roo has a new bed, new food and water bowls, a new tag/leash/collar (red if you were wondering), new treats, and a couple new toys, both of which she’s already been playing with.

She was never played with before, so we’re teaching her how to play. It’s still new to her and she’s not really sure what to do with toys for very long, but the new squeaky toy is her favorite so far :)

It’s small enough she can pick it up, and it’s got a compartment for the squeaker and comes with an extra squeaker in case she busts the first one.

She keeps nuzzling into it!

I've started working out at the gym we have at my new job (it's free). But I am having to hold myself back a little, to make sure (even with warm-ups) that I don't do anything too bad to myself.

I have a lot of leg strength (I can currently leg press 90kg), but that doesn't translate to the rest of my body.

Eeek, that's fair.

Not necessarily buff, I'm just working out with weights so I can improve my rate of weight loss. Like, I am pretty good at cardio related exercises, but I need more upper body muscle.
