script injectors suck
Jan. 16th, 2019 03:24 pmGot 3 hours sleep last night, which isn’t too bad, but I’ve been working like crazy on my website and the shop computers because the site got hacked with a script injector and (possibly related) my uncle’s account on the computer at the shop had a browser hijacker on it.
I had to strip everything off the site and start with my base code again, which thankfully I saved way back when, but damn all the rest is unusable because I can’t be sure there isn’t shit hidden throughout the coding.
Until then my shop’s website is down and I’m not making money off it AND if Google finds out I had malicious code on there, my site will get knocked down in the search engine results AND if I don’t get it up and running again quickly enough, I’ll get knocked down in ranking for my products.
The main item I sell online is a numbing product, and for some reason the company that makes it has a shitty website, which means with my search engine optimization and very well-organized site, I come up before they do when someone searches for THEIR product, so I get tons of business!
That’s put on hold right now and I’m scrambling to get it back before Google decides to put them into the #1 slot.
So yeah, I’m very tired :\
