Bread Tasting

mayalaenRyan has started baking his own bread. He had been talking to both my mom and I about it for a long time, and just recently decided to go for it. He's even made his own yeast, which he feeds every week.
That's adorable enough, but to step it up a notch, he brought in a loaf he made yesterday so everyone could try it. It's his first sourdough loaf.
As I type this out, Ash, Evan, Saul, and Dominic are all standing in the shop kitchen, trying out Ryan's bread, and talking about how they all want to try making their own.
