10. Who's your favorite fanfic writer?

There are SO many writers I could list here, but I'd have to say Xanthe is my overall favorite. I discovered her writing back when I first started reading fanfic. She has a TON of lengthy X-Files fics and she's one of those writers I'll still check on to see if she's written anything new. I'd read pretty much any fandom she wrote in just because it's her writing.

In fact Xanthe is the reason I started reading NCIS fic. I had never seen the show when Andy was posted. I read it, wanted to find out more about the characters, so I watched a few episodes and really liked them. I haven't watched the whole series, but enough to enjoy fanfic for it. Since then I've read quite a bit of NCIS fic.

There are plenty of other writers I could list, but it would be along the same lines. If they can write long fics that keep me interested beginning to end and write so well that I'd rather stay up for days than stop reading? Then they're put on my list of must-stalk.

I like shorter fic too, and I have a very wide range of tastes, so not much is ruled out, but when I can really sink my teeth into something, that's my favorite.
