I'm working on delegating with shop stuff so I'm not working myself to death, and one of those things is the online store. My uncle and mom are in charge of it. But of course they need A LOT of help.

They've been in charge for several weeks and I'm still doing most of the stuff even if it's just guiding them through it, but one thing just keeps cracking me up, and it's my mom when it comes to the UPS bill.

I get a weekly bill, and it's the total shipping charges for all the packages we've sent out to customers, but for some reason my mom is having the hardest time understanding that it's a total for multiple orders and not one giant bill for one package. Which is weird because she's usually really great at doing the books. She handles the book work for the house I live in, my uncle's house, and a lot of the shop financials.

So yesterday she came into my room with wide eyes. "DID YOU SEE THE SIZE OF THE BILL!! What did your uncle send that was so expensive!!"

I looked it up and of course it was the total for several boxes. Because that's how it works.

Her response, as per usual, was, "Oh yeah! I forgot!"
