frustrating
Feb. 14th, 2019 10:57 pmGoogle Play yanked my shop’s app from their store because it needs permissions for making/managing phone calls and texts.
They claim my app doesn’t really need it and I should redo the permissions so I don’t ask for them.
My app? Is for the locals to send in orders to my shop via text and they can call from the app to either have us run their credit card or to make sure the order is ready.
Once the order is ready, we send them a text message saying they can pick up their stuff.
They can also ask questions about the products via texting or phone.
But hey that’s okay I guess I was really pushing it with asking for permission to use the text and call features when clearly I don’t need it.
