Spent 8 hours on the phone a few days ago getting a bunch of stuff changed around on our wireless phone account, and things keep looking odd, so I called in again and the new person helping is like WHAT is up with this account!?!

Turns out last dude fucked it up bad.

This dude is currently getting his boss to authorize rollback on tons of account changes I didn’t approve of, and hopefully since it’s within 30 days of changing it AND I didn’t approve of them they can restore what I had, but who knows.

The other dude created 5 sub accounts for who knows what reason.

He gave a different plan to EVERY DEVICE on our account.

Insurance on all the devices is GONE.

He charged full price for all the devices I got upgraded instead of crediting me for trade-ins.

And he flat out lied about the abilities of a new device I got.

He also did some weird switch-around for what devices I need to turn in for what new devices I got. If I hadn’t talked to the dude today, I would’ve submitted the wrong trade-ins and been charged even more.

I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours already with them this morning.
