I've been reading about your family/businesses woes for a few years now and I've decided that if I ever start my own business I will not be hiring anyone in my family or friends, or actually any acquaintances either! I may also have a IQ test at the hiring process. I mean really who thinks it's a good idea to throw away shipping supplies!!!! those things cost money!
