Exactly! I'm 41 myself and it's like THIS is what I have to look forward too?! I'm hoping to move to Canada in the future, and I've got friends there who would help me get citizenship. I'm also considering a couple other places, but yeah, the US and the way they treat old people and mental health issues is just a huge joke that isn't funny :(

I hope you make it to Europe! I grew up with a guy who moved there with his wife when he was in his late 20s and he was like you have NO IDEA how different it is here. So much less stress and stupidity. Not that there aren't problems everywhere, but yeah.
